God loves you so much… You were created IN love, no matter HOW you came to be! God knit you together in your mother’s womb, you may not know this but the Bible tells us in Ephesians 3:16-19:
“I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.”
God IS love and to TRULY know what LOVE is, we must know that we were created IN love to BE loved by our Creator. Are you in pain? Are you lonely? Are you mourning? Are you depressed? Whatever situation you find yourself in – God wants you to know that He loves you! Not as people love – but as the ONLY perfect love you can EVER experience. It is where the peace that passes ALL understanding dwells. You CANNOT experience that love WITHOUT allowing yourself to open up and accept Jesus as the Savior He is, the One Who LOVED you enough to die on the cross for forgiveness of your sins! In love the Father sent the second member of the Trinity (Jesus) to earth, He came down in the form of the Son of Man, through Holy Spirit (the 3rd Member of the Trinity) born of the virgin Mary, to MEET you RIGHT where you are at! It doesn’t get much more personal than that!
GOD LOVES YOU AND HE LONGS FOR YOU TO RECEIVE HIS GIFT OF SALVATION SO THAT YOU CAN EXPERIENCE THE MOST INTIMATE OF LOVE THERE IS! YOU WERE CREATED IN LOVE TO BE LOVED AND TO LOVE YOUR CREATOR!
Oh, how I WISH that I could find adequate enough words to tell you what it is like to experience the love of God, but I can’t because as in Psalm 34:8:
“Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in Him.”
You HAVE to want it for yourself! It is not something anyone can describe to you, because it is a “personal” relationship with God… No two relationships with Him are the same. God KNOWS you! He CREATED you! He LOVES you! He wants you to delight in Him because He delights in you!
God created you with all your gifts He made you with to glorify His name! He created you with a purpose in mind! I can honestly tell you that there is NO greater joy than walking in the purpose God has for your life! To know that there is some great duty that God had in mind for you, that would bring you absolute joy and contentment in the carrying it out that you CANNOT find ANY other way! You see, in this world we try to fill that void within us with SO many other things that will NEVER suffice the completeness one feels when they experience the love of God in the gift of salvation that He provided through His Son, our Savior Jesus Christ. The Bible says in Hebrews 9:27:
“It is destined for man to live and die once and then face the judgement.”
Listen, it doesn’t MATTER whether or NOT you believe this – it is the truth and finding out that you refused to receive the greatest gift of salvation that reveals God’s absolute love and sacrifice to bring us into a RIGHT relationship with Him is a VERY sad thing indeed! And here is the saddest of things – people BLAME God for the choice of NOT accepting His gift! It is a choice; it is YOUR choice! Once you read these words that Holy Spirit has directed you to read, the responsibility to “taste and see that the Lord IS good” falls upon you! YOUR CHOICE.
One important mistake that people assume when they get saved (accept Jesus as their Savior, make Him Lord OVER their lives) is that this keeps you from experiencing “hard things” – this is simply NOT the case… We live in a fallen world; the Bible tells us in Matthew 5:45:
“He makes His sun rise on those who are evil and on those who are good, and makes the rain fall on the righteous [those who are morally upright] and the unrighteous [the unrepentant, those who oppose Him].”
Jesus said in John 16:33:
“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”
I speak to you Beloved Reader as one who accepted Jesus Christ as my Savior, made Him Lord OVER my life 36 years ago… It’s funny for me to write that because the time has gone by SO quickly, but the truth of the matter is – life does! Psalm 144:4 says:
“Man is like a mere breath; His days are like a passing shadow.”

I have experienced MANY things throughout my relationship with the Lord, both good and bad – but throughout it all the common factor was the truth in the promise He made me in Deuteronomy 31:6:
“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”
Honestly, I am SO thankful to God for the gift of His Son, my Savior – Jesus the Christ, I know for a fact that I could NOT get through this life without Him, nor do I desire to do so – come what may. He IS my life or as it is put in John 14:6:
“Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
I pray you realize that Holy Spirit sent you to read this post for a reason, the reason is that you have a Father Who loves you, you have the Son of God, Jesus Who died on the cross taking upon YOUR sins upon His sin-less self to reunite you to the Father to experience a love that is BEYOND compare. It is the greatest decision you will never make – it determines where you will spend eternity and how you will be able to get through life while your feet are on THIS side of the grave. God loves you with an everlasting love that is the MOST amazing thing you will EVER experience should you accept His gift of salvation, I pray you do – His love is the BEST gift you will ever experience, I know because I did, and I attest that His love is REAL.
