No one knows you more intimately than the One Who created you… There are no adequate words I could possibly type to convey the extent of His love. But the Bible says it all in John 3:16:
“God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him, shall not perish but have ever lasting life.”
Here is the thing about love – in order to experience it you have to receive it. Think about it, if I hand you a gift and you don’t choose to reach out and receive the gift from me, then you will never know what the gift contains or its worth.

GOD’S DESIRE IS FOR YOU TO RECEIVE HIS LOVE
THE CHOICE IS UP TO YOU
We live in a world where many people’s perception of God is wrong. Let me tell you about the God I have come to know and love over the last 36 years of my life. The God Who desires YOU to have a personal relationship with Him… The God Who is the ONE and ONLY TRUE God…
God loved you SO much that He decided to leave the glories of Heaven to come down to earth, manifest as man, born of the virgin Mary take the sins of the world (your sins and mine) upon His sin-less shoulders and die a horrific death on the cross to allow us to have a right relationship with Him, a restored relationship with Him. A death WE deserved but He did not. Honestly, it doesn’t get ANY more personal than that. And all He asks is for you to receive His precious gift of salvation. That, my friend is the truth of God’s love. A God Who did NOT create us with a demand for us to love Him, but with a choice to choose.
My hope and prayer is that ALL Who Holy Spirit brings to this post, will decide to accept God’s gift and see for themselves (as I have) how real God’s love for you is… The Bible says in Psalms 34:8:
“Taste and see that the Lord is good, blessed is the one who takes refuge in Him.”
I can’t do that for you, you can’t do that for me… You have to choose to experience God’s love for yourself. The Bible says in Revelations 3:20:
“ Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hears my voice, and open the door, I will come into him, and will sup with him, and he with me.”
You have to open the door and allow God to come in… And oh, when you do! The love that God wants to pour out on you is greater than any love you can ever experience! You only have to let Him in. If that is you, let me share with you what I prayed 36 years ago. You are welcome to pray it too and find out for yourself what it means to experience the personal relationship with God that He desires for you to have with Him.
“Father God, thank You for loving me enough that You left the glories of Heaven to come down to earth to meet me right here where I am at. I choose this day to open up the door to your knocking and let You into my life. Please forgive me for my sins. Please give me ears to hear You, eyes to see You and a heart to receive Your love. Please make Yourself REAL to me. I choose to accept You as my Savior, make You Lord OVER my life. Thank You for Your love, in Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
God loves you and wants you to receive His love, but the choice is and always has been yours, you can either receive it and experience it or reject it. YOU determine whether or not you will enter into a personal relationship with Him where you can see for yourself how MUCH the God Who created you, loves you. I did and I attest to you that His love is real, you only have to taste and see for yourself… I pray you do.
