Did you know that God is the lover of your soul? He knows you MORE intimately than anyone you can imagine… And HE LOVES YOU.
Let me say it again because it bears repeating:
GOD LOVES YOU!
Right now! Where you are at! FOR REAL!
God SEES you! There is NOTHING about you that is hidden from Him. He sees ALL of you, the good, the bad and the ugly, so there is absolutely no need to try and hide under that fig leaf called “pretense” to act as though He doesn’t.
HE LOVES YOU.
I say it over and over again, because I know that you have been deceived, you have been lied to, you have been made to feel as though you are unlovable, undesirable, have no worth, are not “good enough”. And I want you to know, as someone who has been there and felt that – that is farther than the truth. If you have believed that you have been right where ol’ slewfoot wants you to be, because he wants you to hate yourself, hate your life, hate everything about yourself in the SAME manner he sees you because he hates you and he wants you to feel about yourself the way he feels about you. Isn’t it about time you stopped believing his lies?
The very last thing the devil wants is for you to realize how very much God loves you. He doesn’t want you to feel cherished, and precious and learn the true identity of who you are in Christ Jesus. He doesn’t want you to walk in the love that the Father originally created you to walk in – to believe the words that you are reading right here, but Holy Spirit brought you to this blog, specifically this post for a reason – the reason is because it is time for you to realize that YOU are a precious child of the MOST HIGH God of ALL creation. YOU ARE. Let those words sink in –
GOD LOVES YOU!
Say it out loud! GOD LOVES ME. There is power in words! In what you profess and say – so READ IT, SAY IT and let the truth of it sink into you like water on a parched land. Are you parched? Let’s do something about that! Read these words over and over again, because they are God’s truth. GOD LOVES YOU! (I’m pointing my finger right into my screen at you 🙂 ).
God loves you SO much that He came down in the form of man to meet you RIGHT where you are at! He left Heaven because it was important to Him for you to see how personal His desire to have a relationship with you is! Jesus was born of the virgin Mary and lived a sinless life, died on the cross for forgiveness of YOUR sins (and mine) and rose again from the dead – all to allow fallen man to enter into a redeemed relationship with God. THAT’S how much God loves you! He willingly died for you!
LISTEN TO THESE WORDS, I AM PRAYING HOLY SPIRIT IS MINISTERING TO YOU, REACHING YOU RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE RIGHT NOW.
You have been listening to the lies of the devil, not even knowing that you were in the middle of a spiritual battle, and that you have been a victim of a vicious enemy who has held you captive and blinded to the truth of God’s love.
GOD LOVES YOU!
No matter what situation you were born into, God created you! Your life came as no surprise to Him – you WERE planned. He created you with a purpose! YOU WERE NOT A MISTAKE. Jeremiah 1:5 says:
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”
Psalm 119 says:
“Your hands made me and formed me…”
Psalm 139:13 tells us:
“You alone created my inner being. You knitted me together inside my mother.”
God created you with a purpose! Your job is discovering just what that purpose is! And if you seek Him, you WILL find Him! You just have to determine that you want to know! God has created you with talents and gifts to be successful in the purpose He has created you for and it is His will that you discover what that purpose is, He is not hiding it from you! He wants you to know who you are in Him and what your life’s purpose is, as you seek to drawer nearer to Him, He will draw nearer to you – God delights in you! James 4:8 tells us:
“Come near to God and He will come near to you.”
God’s love is real. He has done everything He can to show you His love – sometimes we need to look beyond the chaos of life, beyond our circumstances and see that He has always been there! There is a saying that we “look at the thorns instead of the roses.” Maybe your perception needs to change? I sense that Holy Spirit is saying this to someone who is reading this right now, could it be you?
“I am RIGHT here! LOOK AT ME! Take your eyes OFF the situation, push off the distractions and quiet yourself so that you can hear what it is I am saying to you. When you determine to focus on Me all the noise of your life will become background noise. You only need to choose to listen! If you sit there complaining your focus is on the subject of your displeasure, be it your life, be it your loved ones, be it your circumstances. I am saying to you, “are you finished? Are you ready to hear me speak? Are you at a place where you are ready to listen and receive from me? When you are ready to listen, when you are at a point where you can look at Me intently, it is then that I will be able to show you wonderous things! BE STILL AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD!”
Song of Songs tells of the intimacy one can experience with God. It is His desire that you receive the love He has for you and that you in turn as in Matthew 22:37:
“Jesus replied: ’Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’”
He loves you reader, in order for you to “feel” loved you have to get to a place of determination to RECEIVE that love. It has always been there, you may have just been unaware or blinded to it, but your Heavenly Father wants you to know that He loves you FIERCELY. He loves you POSSESSIVELY. Romans 8:35-39 tells us:
“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written: “For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”
“No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
The spiritual battle surrounding us is fierce, but God’s love for us is fiercer. The difference is in what we choose to pay attention to, to believe and even in deciding what we choose to receive. What do you choose to receive? In His love, God has created you with the ability to choose – choosing to allow Him to love you is a decision YOU have to make, will you allow God to love you in the way He intended? God LOVES you so much more than in this life than you can possibly perceive, the Bible tells us in 1 Corinthians 2:9:
“However, as it is written: “What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived” — the things God has prepared for those who love him—”
I pray you take time to meditate and pray on these words, for God loves you intimately and wants you to know it. More than that He wants you to believe it. It’s time to push back the distractions, the noise, the chaos and receive from your Father the love He has done so much to bestow upon you, because HE LOVES YOU. GOD LOVES YOU. HE REALLY DOES. RECEIVE IT.
