Did you wake up this morning wanting more? Do you feel a longing in your heart, like when you are hungry, but you can’t put your finger on what it is you are hungry for? Like there is something that needs to be satisfied deep in the heart of you? Like there is an itch that needs scratching? Did you wake up with a yearning for something that just feels “out of reach?” If you woke up this morning with a sense of longing that there is MORE than JUST this, Holy Spirit is beckoning to you. There is something that He wants to reveal to you, and it is time to get quiet in prayer and find out JUST what it is. If that is you, get ready to get the cup of you filled! Pray with me:
“Father God, I just give you glory, honor and praise for waking me up to a new day, a fresh sheet of life to write upon. Lord, I desire to be in the center of Your will. Thank You that You always hear my prayers, as I come before You in Jesus’ name and I ask that You forgive me of my sins, wash me in the precious blood of my Savior, Jesus that has enabled me to boldly be able to come before Your throne. Father, I’m hungry for You. Please give me eyes to see, ears to hear and a heart to receive ALL that Holy Spirit would minister to me today. I am filled with a longing to be in the center of Your will. Fulfill the vessel of me with the purpose of You. Guide me, speak to me, heal me, open doors that need opening in my life that You may be glorified with every opening. Close every door that needs closing. I pray for wisdom, I pray for guidance, I pray for revelation, I pray that Your kingdom come in my life, Your will be done in my life here on the earth as it is in Heaven. I thank You for making a way where there is no way. I pray that Holy Spirit would pour into me to the point of overflow. Lord, enable to me to use ALL the gifts You created within me for Your purpose, for Your glory. Lord, as I submit to Your will, I pray that You will hold back the hands of the devourer. Father as I determine to submit my will and my life under Your authority, I pray that You would move the mountains in my life. I pray that You would meet EVERY need in accordance with Your Word. You tell me in Matthew 6:33
“Seek Ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all else shall follow.”
“And I am determined to put You first, so Father as Holy Spirit instructs me and teaches me, I know the “all else” is with regards to what I am believing You for to go forth in prayer – be it the salvation of my family, the healing of sickness, illness, disease, mental health, the requests that I bring before your throne that are in line with Your Word, that You are STILL the God who answers prayer. I thank You for answering prayer! I thank You for restoring what the cankerworm has destroyed! I thank You for healing ANY area of my heart that needs healing! I thank You for renewing my mind so that I can function with the mind of Christ! I thank You for sending my waring angels to battle on my behalf and to tear down ANY strongholds the enemy has tried to establish, BOTH within my life and within the lives of my family (both saved and unsaved). I call out the names of unsaved family members before you ___________________ (CALL THEM OUT) and in line with Your Word, I decree and declare THIS is the day of salvation over their lives! For those that need physical and emotional healing, I pray for complete and total healing over their bodies, soul and spirits and divine renewal and reversal in Jesus’ name! Father, You tell me that “greater is He that is in me than he that is within the world” and so I choose to walk in the authority that Jesus purchased on the cross for me and to intercede on behalf of those I love, knowing that You love them SO much more than I ever can or will! Thank You Father! I thank You Father for all You are doing, all You have done and all You are going to do. I give You glory, honor and praise for making me a vessel that You can use to accomplish Your good and perfect will. Father, deep in the heart of me is a tremendous need to love You more. To serve You better, to worship and to serve You. Fulfill the destiny You have created me to fulfill. I love You Father. I love You Jesus; I love You Holy Spirit. Pour into me and overflow with Your Spirit that You may receive ALL the glory, ALL the honor and ALL the praise that is rightfully Yours. In the precious name of Jesus, I pray and thank You for doing a GOOD work in me. Be glorified! In Jesus’ precious, precious name I pray.” AMEN.
Well, I can’t think of a better way to start the day! Taste and SEE that the Lord IS good! Watch what He will do with your day now that you have taken the time to put Him first! Hey – He is the God that created us with tastebuds! 😉 Now get out there and taste His purpose and His plan for your life – I assure you – it’s BETTER than ANY cup of coffee you could pour!
