As this year comes to a close, let’s determine to go deeper in Him Who is calling us. Listen, can you hear Him knocking on the door of your life? The One Who unselfishly took the sins of the world (yours and mine) upon His sin-less self and willingly became the sacrificial Lamb of God to redeem us to the Father… I know as you read the words of this post that Holy Spirit is filling you with an ache, a need, an unfulfilled desire that can ONLY be quenched by the One Who Created you! The One Who LOVES you MORE than ANYONE ever will or could! The One Who KNEW you when He formed you in your mother’s womb! The One Who has an UNBELIEVABLE purpose for your life!
LET’S GO DEEPER IN HIM!!!!
Recently, Holy Spirit brought Rabbi Jason Sobel’s ministry into my life. Rabbi Sobel is Messianic Jew that has the gift of teaching, can I share with you, his website? I am learning SO much about Israel through his teachings. He has written many excellent books that I HIGHLY recommend, his work is giving me a deeper understanding of how the Old Testament and New Testament are connected. I have added his ministry to my favorite links and HIGHLY encourage those of you who are looking to go deeper in your biblical studies to read his works and go deeper in Christ! Don’t settle for mediocre with your walk in Christ! Let your light shine so that the world will see Jesus IN you! The Bible tells us Matthew 5:16:
“In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.”
And in Ephesians 5:8:
“For at one time you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light.”
Also, in Matthew 5:13-16:
“You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled under people’s feet. You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.”
Please listen to me – if not now, When??? There are MANY of your loved ones who may ONLY see Jesus through the light of Holy Spirit shining THROUGH you! Don’t let ANYTHING or ANYONE douse that light out! Don’t let it dim! If God has removed the scales from your spiritual eyes and you have accepted Him as your Savior, made Him LORD OVER your life – you simply MUST allow His light to shine brightly in you! That others WILL see the difference in you and want to know what it is!
I’m not saying it will be easy! For some of you it will be harder than others! I underwent hurtful emotional persecution and mocking from my family FOR my faith (and there are still SOME who have not yet come to Christ! But I am interceding and believing God that THEIR spiritual eyes will be awakened, and the scales will be removed! God IS able!).
I don’t know when Jesus is returning – no man knows the hour, only the Father in heaven, Jesus tells us – but in the meantime, we need to be busy for the Kingdom of God.
GOD WANTS TO WORK THROUGH YOU!
There truly is NO greater joy than seeing people you love come to Christ! It takes away the sting of whatever persecution we endure for OUR faith! After 22 years of praying, my father (even though it was on his deathbed) came to Christ! One of my aunts asked me to pray the sinner’s prayer with her – 2 months before she passed! My mother asked me to pray with her one year before she died.
ALL THREE ARE PAIN-FREE, IN THE PRESENCE OF LOVE HIMSELF!
And those are ONLY three that Holy Spirit allowed me to be a part of witnessing. Although I miss them SO much, I KNOW they are in a better place! Don’t you want that for YOUR loved ones? The sting of rejection became the overwhelming joy of knowing that they are in a better place with the Lover of their souls! And the VICTORY, I have BECAME theirs! \0/ \0/ \0/
I pray the same for you and those you know and love. Never belittle intercessory prayer. Never allow the light of Christ to douse out in your life that you have given to Him.
PEOPLE MUST KNOW!
So, let’s choose to go deeper in 2026 with He Who is calling us! Let’s put on our spiritual armor as described in Ephesians 6:10-18:
“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints.”
I know it’s not easy – I know this is a spiritual battle, but God did NOT give us the spirit of fear! But the GIFT of faith! Remember, the victory has ALREADY been won in Christ Jesus! God IS with us! He said He would NEVER leave nor forsake us! Let’s let Him grow us! Let’s let Him use us! Let’s stand firm in HIM and help others to come to know and love Him as we do! It is WHY we have been called to BE “God’s Remnant” – TRULY I tell you there is NO greater joy than walking in your calling! Growing in Him! Moving in Him! Living in Him! Let’s move forward in Him Beloved, for I KNOW the BEST is YET to come! Shine bright in Him Who has called us! In Jesus’ PRECIOUS MIGHTY name! AMEN! \0/ \0/ \0/
